Body Control is based on the Pilates Method of total physical and mental conditioning, developed by the late
Joseph H. Pilates in the early years of the 20th century.

The Body Control Studio was established in 1990, and it has developed a very effective programme of exercises for physical transformation, which is both nationally and internationally acclaimed.

Over the past 20 years we are proud to have helped many delighted clients and dance students, regain and maintain their health and sense of well being.

Each individual course of training begins with a physical diagnosis, forming the basis of a tailor-made programme of exercises using specially-designed equipment.

All clients are personally supervised throughout their training and are monitored at every stage.
